Only what you give us voluntarily:
To answer you, to present our services, and to keep our commitments. That's all. We don't sell your data and we don't share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
No automated decision-making, no profiling. A human reads every enquiry.
An unconverted lead is kept for three months, then deleted. Project data is kept for the length of the working relationship, then five years — an accounting obligation. A published testimonial stays visible until you ask us to remove it.
You can shorten any of these periods at any time by asking us.
See, correct, export or delete your data: all of it is possible, at any time, on request. You can also withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days.
If you believe our processing is improper, you can lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
Your data travels over encrypted connections. It is stored with hosts located in Europe, where data protection regulation applies. Admin access is protected by an encrypted password and a time-limited session.
The site uses a small number of cookies strictly required to operate. They are listed cookie by cookie in our cookie policy. Nothing here follows you across other sites.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Significant changes are flagged on the site.
