Terms of service

The rules of the game, written plainly. If anything here is unclear, ask before you sign — we would always explain twice rather than end up in court.

Last updated: January 2026

01Scope

These terms govern the services of Cameroon Digital Agency: digital strategy, websites, brand identity, content, advertising, AI automation and related services.

By entrusting us with a project, you accept these terms. They also apply to the free strategy session, with one exception: nothing is payable there.

02Quotes, pricing and payment

Every project gets a written quote, itemised, valid for thirty days. The quote is the reference: it sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline and price.

Payment terms are stated on the quote. We accept MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money and bank transfer. A deposit is required to begin production; it is non-refundable once the first deliverables are done.

Prices are in Central African CFA francs (XAF). Third-party costs — licences, domain names, hosting, advertising — are passed through to you at cost.

03Timelines and delivery

Timelines start once we've received the deposit and everything we need from you: content, assets and access. A delay on your side moves the timeline by the same amount.

We commit to realistic working dates, not to promises. If something unexpected comes up, we tell you immediately and propose a plan B — never a bad surprise at the end of a project.

04Revisions

Each stage includes the number of revisions stated on the quote. Beyond that, additional work is billed at our current hourly rate — always quoted and approved before we commit to it.

05Your obligations

You provide the content, logos, access and information we need, and you confirm you hold the rights to it. You name a single point of contact, available within reasonable time.

We deliver original work. We will not reuse code or content you don't own the rights to.

06Intellectual property

On completion of the project and full settlement of all invoices, the usage rights to the deliverables transfer to you.

We keep the right to show the project in our portfolio and communications, unless you explicitly ask us not to.

07Limitation of liability

We do everything reasonably possible to meet our commitments. We cannot, however, guarantee a specific commercial outcome: results also depend on your market, your offer and factors outside our control.

Our liability cannot exceed the total amount you have paid us for the project concerned.

08Cancellation and refunds

You may stop a project at any time by notifying us in writing. Work already done and already committed to is billed; any deposit is non-refundable beyond the work carried out.

We may suspend a service if the project becomes impossible to deliver, or if agreed payment is not made. In that case we tell you first and we always look for a solution together.

09Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Cameroonian law. Any dispute falls under the courts of Yaoundé.

We would always rather talk it through. Write to us first: most misunderstandings are settled in a single message.

10Changes

These terms may evolve. The version that applies is the one in force when the quote is signed.
